The  school is registered as a Section 21 company, with a Board of Trustees who make decisions pertaining to the land and property. 

A Governing  Body is elected for a two-year period, at the school’s Annual General Meeting, and is responsible for the guardianship of the school. 

Fund raising is one of the functions of the governing body. Events such as the annual 4 x 4 Fun Day and Expo are organised to raise funds for future projects.
